What’s your Theme Song? February 22, 2010

My question for you for today is: What’s your theme song? Having a theme song says what brings you joy. It can pull you into the moment when you’re everywhere but. It can get you ready to go out or stay in if the mood strikes.  If you don’t have one I invite you to take some time to ponder what mellifluous tones bring sparkle to the who of you. And the who just might be Pete!

I LOVE my theme song so I’ll share it!  What’s yours?

  1. Dennis Marynak Says:

This is a tough one. I can think of so many pieces of music that bring me joy.
Just to name a few in no order of preference:
    Enya’s “Orinoco Flow”
Gene Kelly’s dance sequence where he is singing and dancing to “Singing in the rain”.
    Beethoven’s “Ode to Joy”
    Handel’s “Hallelujah Chorus”
Cat Steven singing “Morning has Broken”
Louie Prima’s “Sing, Sing, Sing” and “Jump, Jive an’ Wail”
    Peter Townshend’s “Face the Face”
    Neil Diamonds “i’m a Believer”
Annette Strean singing “I feel love” with the Blue Man Group
    Venus Hum “Soul Sloshing”

When I was a child my favorite color was red. Ask me now
and my only answer would be . . . ALL OF THEM!
