So a week has passed while I’ve been keeping track of my happiness list…. I got to thinking about how I initially named these posts, “Things the make me happy”. As I have regularly said “we chose what we think and then in turn it affects how we feel” If that is the case then these things don’t make me happy but they add to the happiness I feel. It supports the idea that, that which we focus on we have more of. So chose those happy thoughts and happiness support! There are so many things that add to our happiness it’s only out there to focus on. So what happy thoughts/things do you what to find this week. Let me know what adds to your juju! - It’s still light out at 5:30
- Breakfast sausage
- My puppy dog Eloise
- Especially when she’s curled snoring
- Gluten free tamari almonds
- My neti pot
- Waking up to a clean kitchen
- Clean Bathroom
- Massive snow storms where I don’t lose power!
- Not having a migraine in 5 days!!
- A count down to a vacation
